Can you get GLP-1 weight-loss medications through TrumpRx?
Yes — several brand-name GLP-1 medications are listed on TrumpRx.gov at manufacturer cash prices, including Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, and Mounjaro®. You need a valid prescription, and you buy through each manufacturer's direct program (such as NovoCare® or LillyDirect™), not from TrumpRx itself. Prices are set by the manufacturers, apply to cash-paying patients, and can change.
Which GLP-1 products are listed
At launch, TrumpRx surfaced cash prices for Novo Nordisk's Wegovy® and Ozempic® (semaglutide) and Eli Lilly's Zepbound® and Mounjaro® (tirzepatide). Reported cash prices have included Wegovy® injectable around $199–$349/month, the Wegovy® pill as low as about $149/month, and Zepbound® starting around $299/month, depending on dose and program.
These figures come from manufacturer programs and change over time — always confirm the current price on the manufacturer's checkout before ordering.
How GOAL.MD helps you use it
Your GOAL.MD physician evaluates whether a brand-name GLP-1 is clinically appropriate and, if so, sends your prescription to the correct manufacturer pharmacy so you can access the cash price. You pay GOAL.MD a flat $95/month for physician supervision and prescription management, and you pay the manufacturer program directly for the medication.
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are a separate, self-pay option prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prescribed only when a physician determines a commercially available product does not meet your individual needs.
