Can you pick up your GLP-1 medication at Walmart?
Yes — for brand-name tirzepatide, LillyDirect™ lets you choose pickup at a participating Walmart pharmacy instead of home delivery. After your physician sends the prescription and you complete the self-pay purchase, you select Walmart pickup at checkout and collect the medication at your local store. Availability depends on your area and the manufacturer program.
How pickup works
When you order brand-name tirzepatide (Zepbound® or Mounjaro®) through LillyDirect, one of the fulfillment options is pickup at a participating retail pharmacy such as Walmart. You pay Lilly's cash price online, and the prescription is routed to the pharmacy you choose for pickup.
GOAL.MD sends your prescription to LillyDirect or directly to your local pharmacy. Which pickup locations are available depends on your ZIP code and the manufacturer's current network.
Delivery vs. pickup
If a nearby pickup location isn't available, LillyDirect can ship the medication to your home instead. Either way, you pay GOAL.MD $95/month for physician supervision, and the medication cost is paid directly to the manufacturer program.
Walmart is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with GOAL.MD. Pickup availability is determined by the manufacturer program, not by GOAL.MD.
