How do you get Zepbound or Mounjaro through LillyDirect?

LillyDirect™ is Eli Lilly's direct-to-consumer program for tirzepatide (Zepbound® and Mounjaro®). After your physician e-prescribes, you create a LillyDirect account, pay Lilly's cash price directly, and choose home delivery through a partner pharmacy or pickup at a participating retail pharmacy such as Walmart. GOAL.MD provides the physician evaluation and prescription; you handle the medication payment through LillyDirect.

Step by step

1) Your GOAL.MD physician evaluates eligibility and prepares your prescription. 2) You register at LillyDirect and select delivery or pickup. 3) GOAL.MD sends the prescription to LillyDirect or your chosen local pharmacy. 4) You pay Lilly's self-pay price and receive the medication.

Reported LillyDirect self-pay vial prices have started around $299/month for lower doses and rise with higher doses. Prices are set by Lilly and can change without notice.

What you pay

You pay GOAL.MD a flat $95/month for physician supervision and prescription management. The medication cost is paid directly to LillyDirect at checkout as a cash (self-pay) purchase.
