What is Brand-Name GLP-1 Access at GOAL.MD?

Brand-Name GLP-1 Access is a GOAL.MD program for patients whose physician determines an FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 (such as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, or Mounjaro®) is the right treatment. You pay GOAL.MD $95/month for physician supervision and prescription management, and you buy the medication directly from the manufacturer's program (NovoCare® or LillyDirect™). GOAL.MD does not stock or dispense the medication.

What the $95/month covers

The flat $95/month includes your physician evaluation, prescription management, ongoing medical supervision, dose adjustments, and provider follow-up. It is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime with advance notice before your next billing date.

The medication itself is paid separately, directly to the manufacturer program — for example, through NovoCare for semaglutide or LillyDirect for tirzepatide, where you can choose home delivery or pickup at a participating pharmacy such as Walmart.

Brand vs. compounded

Your physician decides whether brand-name or a compounded formulation best fits your clinical needs — this is a medical decision, not a budget one. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are a separate self-pay option prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
