What is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a peptide that stimulates the pituitary gland to release your body's own growth hormone, rather than replacing it directly. It is used in physician-supervised programs to support healthy aging, recovery, sleep quality, body composition, and energy. Sermorelin requires a prescription and is prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies; compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved.
How it works
Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Instead of introducing synthetic growth hormone, it prompts your own pituitary to produce and release growth hormone in a more natural, pulsatile pattern. This is why it is often described as a 'growth hormone secretagogue.'
What people use it for
In age-management medicine, sermorelin is used to support recovery, sleep, lean body composition, and vitality as natural growth hormone declines with age. Results vary by individual, and it should always be used under physician supervision with appropriate monitoring.
