Why is my urine bright yellow after taking this?

This is a completely normal and harmless effect of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). Riboflavin has a natural yellow pigment, and when your body fulfills its requirement, the excess is excreted via the kidneys, resulting in a neon yellow color. It is actually a sign that the supplement is being absorbed.
