GOAL.MD is a physician-led telehealth practice. A licensed physician reviews your medical history, decides whether treatment is appropriate, sets your dose, and follows up with you as you go. Medication is dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies and shipped to your door.
GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.
GOAL.MD serves patients in all 50 US states. Which medication your physician can prescribe still depends on your state's rules, your medical evaluation, and pharmacy eligibility.
We prepare educational content editorially. Individual medical reviews are recorded on each page with the physician and review date. Clinical changes after that date require a new review.
