You want to walk in feeling like yourself. Build the plan around the date — not around a fad diet you can't sustain.
Class and family reunions typically get scheduled 3–12 months out. Here's what's realistic:
Most patients on a titrated GLP-1 lose 10–15% of their starting body weight in six months — provided they hit protein targets and lift. Our free Goal Date Planner shows your specific number based on your start weight, goal weight, and reunion date.
"I'm working with a doctor on my health" is usually enough. GLP-1s are prescription medications supervised by a physician — no different than any other treatment. You owe no one a detailed explanation.
You can still see visible change in 8 weeks — usually 4–8% of body weight and noticeable in the face and clothes. Aim for a realistic milestone weight in the planner rather than a stretch goal you can't hit safely.
GOAL.MD serves patients in all 50 US states. Which medication your physician can prescribe still depends on your state's rules, your medical evaluation, and pharmacy eligibility.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.
