Medicare GLP-1 bridge

Medicare generally does not cover medication prescribed for weight loss. The bridge is a physician-supervised way to keep GLP-1 care going when your coverage stops or never started.

GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

GOAL.MD serves patients in all 50 US states. Which medication your physician can prescribe still depends on your state's rules, your medical evaluation, and pharmacy eligibility.
