Brand-Name GLP-1 Access — prescribed by your GOAL.MD physician

Brand-Name Access provides GOAL.MD physician supervision for patients whose physician determines that an FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medication is the most appropriate treatment for their clinical needs.

You pay GOAL.MD's $95 physician fee each month for ongoing medical supervision — a membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and that you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized — or choose a 3, 6 or 12 month billing cadence for a lower per-month price. You purchase the medication separately through manufacturer programs such as LillyDirect and NovoCare. The physician fee is separate from medication cost: your total is medication plus physician fee.

GOAL.MD serves patients in all 50 US states. Which medication your physician can prescribe still depends on your state's rules, your medical evaluation, and pharmacy eligibility.

Billing terms for the physician fee

$95 for one month of physician supervision, paid once, separate from what the manufacturer pharmacy charges for medication. Prepaying 3 months ($255), 6 months ($450) or 12 months ($780) in a single payment lowers the per-month price.
No automatic billing. GOAL.MD does not store your card for a future charge and never schedules one, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid being charged again.
Continuing after your paid period ends is a new payment you start yourself.
Once you have paid and your physician has begun clinical work for that service period — chart review, dose evaluation, refill approval, e-prescription, or documented clinical communication — the fee is final and non-refundable. Payments are not prorated.
Administrative actions alone, such as a payment confirmation or an appointment reminder, do not count as clinical work.

Insurance

GOAL.MD is a cash-pay telehealth practice. We do not bill, coordinate with, or accept health insurance. We accept major credit cards and offer financing through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna.

How compounded programs compare

Compounded medication orders are sold as treatment cycles, not subscriptions, and are never auto-billed: we contact you before every renewal. Brand-Name Access is different — it is a physician-care membership billed automatically each cycle while you stay enrolled. Because compounded medications are custom-prepared for each patient, those orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is processed.
