Lucid is a named combination of semax, selank, MOTS-C, and tesamorelin. It pairs two Russian-approved neuropeptides with a mitochondrial peptide and a growth hormone releasing analogue. No study of the combination was identified.

Overview

This grouping asks the reader to accept a link between metabolic signalling and cognitive function. That link is real as biology and thin as evidence for this preparation. Four components spanning two unrelated research literatures produce a page where every section has to distinguish what one substance has been studied for from what the group has been shown to do, which is nothing.

Tesamorelin's approval is for reduction of excess abdominal fat in HIV-associated lipodystrophy and has nothing to do with cognition. Semax and selank have Russian research and no FDA review. MOTS-C is preclinical. Presenting these together under a cognitive banner is a merchandising decision, not an evidence-led one.
