GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.
Can I actually talk to a real person? Yes! Unlike most telehealth providers who force you to communicate via chat or email, GOAL.MD has a dedicated customer care team answering phones just like a traditional medical office. Which states are eligible for GLP-1 treatment programs? GOAL.MD serves patients in all 50 US states. Our telehealth platform connects you with licensed physicians wherever you live. Which specific medication your physician can prescribe still depends on your state's rules, your clinical evaluation, and pharmacy eligibility.
Do you accept insurance? While we don't bill insurance directly, many of our treatments are FSA and HSA eligible. We provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What treatments do your physicians prescribe? Physicians prescribe both brand-name GLP-1 medications (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®) and personalized compounded GLP-1 options, plus anti-aging therapies like NAD+ and peptides for strength and recovery. Compounded formulations are prepared by licensed U.S. 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Are medications included in my treatment plan? For our compounded GLP-1 and peptide treatment plans, yes — the price includes your prescribed medication, physician consultations, ongoing monitoring, and free expedited shipping directly to your door. Brand-Name GLP-1 Access is the exception: that fee covers GOAL.MD physician supervision and prescription management only, and you purchase the medication itself separately through manufacturer programs such as LillyDirect and NovoCare.
Do I get nutrition support with my treatment? Yes! Every GOAL.MD patient gets unlimited access to Betsy, our dedicated Nutrition Coach—completely free. She helps with personalized meal planning, managing medication side effects, and building sustainable eating habits. You can schedule as many consultations as you need.
