Billing & Renewal Policy

We do things differently. Here's what you need to know.

No auto-billing on compounded medication programs. Unlike most telehealth companies that automatically charge your card month after month for medication, GOAL.MD asks before we charge for a compounded treatment cycle. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access physician-care membership is the exception: it is billed automatically each cycle while you stay enrolled.

Before your compounded medication runs out, our team reaches out to check on your progress and ask how you'd like to proceed. Want to continue? Great. Want to pause or stop? That's fine too. You are never locked in, and no compounded order is charged without your permission.

How we're different

We contact you before every compounded renewal — other providers auto-bill your card every month.
No cancellation notice required on compounded programs — others require 14 to 30 days.
We never charge without your express approval — others charge at least once more after you try to cancel.

How billing works

Initial payment — your first payment is processed when you sign up and covers your initial consultation, physician evaluation and first medication shipment.
We check in — before your medication runs out, typically around day 21, our care team reaches out to see how you're doing.
You decide — if you want to continue we process your next order; if you want to pause or stop, nothing is charged.

Compounded medication orders

Because compounded medications are custom-prepared for each patient, compounded orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been processed. Nothing is charged until you confirm the order.

Brand-Name Access physician fee

The Brand-Name Access program carries a $95 physician-supervision fee per month, separate from the medication you purchase through a manufacturer program; 3, 6 and 12 month billing cadences are available at a lower per-month price. This fee is billed automatically each cycle while you stay enrolled, so your supervision and prescriptions do not lapse. You can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized; once it is authorized, that cycle proceeds and the cancellation applies to the next one. Once you have paid and your physician has begun clinical work for that cycle, the fee is final and non-refundable, and payments are not prorated.
