Our published pricing, in full. The longer the plan you prepay, the lower your cost per month. There is no coupon to hunt for and no introductory rate that jumps later.

GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed. The Brand-Name GLP-1 Access program is the one exception: it is a $95/month physician-care membership that is billed automatically while you stay enrolled, and you can cancel any time before your next prescription or refill is authorized.

Personalized Semaglutide

12 Month Prepaid Plan: $99 per month — $1188 charged once, upfront, for 12 months. That is $80 per month less than the month-to-month price.
6 Month Prepaid Plan: $139 per month — $834 charged once, upfront, for 6 months. That is $40 per month less than the month-to-month price.
3 Month Prepaid Plan: $159 per month — $477 charged once, upfront, for 3 months. That is $20 per month less than the month-to-month price.
Month to Month: $179 per month, no prepayment and no auto-billing.

Personalized Tirzepatide

12 Month Prepaid Plan: $159 per month — $1908 charged once, upfront, for 12 months. That is $90 per month less than the month-to-month price.
6 Month Prepaid Plan: $179 per month — $1074 charged once, upfront, for 6 months. That is $70 per month less than the month-to-month price.
3 Month Prepaid Plan: $199 per month — $597 charged once, upfront, for 3 months. That is $50 per month less than the month-to-month price.
Month to Month: $249 per month, no prepayment and no auto-billing.
