What this program offers

What is included

What are Bella Capsules?

Bella Capsules are a compounded oral prescription used in weight management, taken as directed by your prescriber. They are not a dietary supplement and cannot be bought without a prescription. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Your provider decides whether they are appropriate for you.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. A licensed provider must review your intake, medical history and current medications and decide the product and strength are appropriate before any order is prepared.

How do I take Bella Capsules?

Take it with water exactly as your prescription and pharmacy label direct. Your prescriber sets how much you take and when — this page does not state a dose or frequency. Bella is prescribed alongside a healthy diet and regular physical activity, and you should not start, change or stop it without your prescriber.

Are Bella Capsules right for me?

Bella Capsules may be an option for those who prefer oral medication over injections, have contraindications for GLP-1 medications, or want a different approach to their weight loss journey. Your provider will help determine if they're right for you.

What results can I expect?

Results vary by individual. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are possible with any prescription medication. Your healthcare provider will review your medical history to decide whether Bella Capsules are appropriate for you, and you should report any new symptom to your care team.

Can I use Bella Capsules with other medications?

Your healthcare provider will review your current medications during the consultation to ensure there are no interactions. Always disclose all medications and supplements you're taking.

What it costs

Bella Capsules are a single monthly price with no separate physician-care fee.

One month's supply.

There is no separate $95 physician-care fee on this program — consultation and provider support are included in the $95.

Eligibility is decided by your provider during the consultation.

Bella Capsules compared with a GLP-1 program

This comparison covers format, frequency and cost. It makes no claim about how much weight either option produces, and no claim that one is a substitute for the other.

How treatment actually works, step by step

Is anything billed automatically?

No. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed.

Does GOAL.MD bill insurance?

No. GOAL.MD is a cash-pay practice. We accept credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and financing through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna.

How should I store the capsules?

Follow the storage instructions printed on the packaging supplied with your order.

Can I take these alongside other medication?

Tell your provider about every medication and supplement you take. They review this during the consultation before authorizing an order.

What is in Bella Capsules

Strengths below are per capsule, not daily directions. Patients do not choose their own prescription — your provider decides which option, if any, is appropriate for you.

Core in every version: bupropion HCl 65 mg, topiramate 15 mg, naltrexone HCl 8 mg.

The options GOAL.MD offers

GOAL.MD offers four Bella formulas. Strengths shown are per capsule, as listed by Empower Pharmacy, and your provider selects which one — if any — is appropriate for you.

Bella 5 and Bella Decaf are distinct formulas, not two names for the same product. Containing neither phentermine nor caffeine does not make an option risk-free, and does not mean it is free of activating effects or suitable for everyone avoiding stimulants. Your provider decides.

Important about these formulations

These compounded combinations are not FDA approved.

Your own formulation and directions are set by your prescription and the pharmacy label. Follow those, not this list.
