What each route costs per month
Personalized programs are a single price. Brand-name is the manufacturer's medication price plus the existing GOAL.MD $95/month physician-care fee.
Personalized program prices include the physician care, medication, injection supplies and free expedited shipping — there is no separate membership fee and nothing is auto-billed.
Bundle prices are the monthly figure on a multi-month term. The amount actually charged for the term is shown at checkout before you pay.
Brand-name is an estimated combined cost, not one charge: the medication is paid to the manufacturer's pharmacy and the $95/month care fee is billed separately and automatically while enrolled.
Eligibility, and which medication can be prescribed, are decided by your physician and by your state's rules.

Brand-name compared with personalized (compounded) programs
Compounded preparations are not alternatives, generics or equivalents to any brand-name medication, and this comparison does not say one option works better than the other. Which option is appropriate is a decision for your physician.
- Formulation — Brand-name (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®): Manufacturer's finished product. Personalized compounded programs: Semaglutide or tirzepatide prepared for you by a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

- Regulatory status — Brand-name (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®): FDA-approved finished product from the manufacturer. Personalized compounded programs: Prepared by a licensed U.S. 503A/503B pharmacy. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
- How you pay — Brand-name (Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®): Medication bought from the manufacturer's pharmacy program, plus GOAL.MD's $95/month physician-care fee billed separately and automatically while enrolled. Personalized compounded programs: One monthly program price covering physician care, medication, supplies and shipping. Never auto-billed.

How treatment actually works, step by step
- 1. Evaluation You complete the online intake and a licensed GOAL.MD physician reviews your history to decide whether a compounded formulation is clinically appropriate for you.
- 2. Prescription If it is, the physician writes the prescription and sends it to a licensed U.S. 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
- 3. Pharmacy The pharmacy prepares your personalized formulation. Published guidance for this program is physician approval typically within 24 hours of intake and shipment within 2–3 business days.
- 4. Delivery The order ships by expedited carrier with free shipping. Published guidance for this program is a first dose in hand within about 5–7 days of completing intake. Follow the storage instructions supplied with your medication.
- 5. Follow-up Your physician manages titration and side effects, and nothing reorders by itself — a compounded refill is only prepared and charged after you confirm it.
Is anything billed automatically?
No. GOAL.MD does not auto-bill compounded medication programs. Nothing reorders by itself and your card is only charged after you tell us to proceed.
Does GOAL.MD bill insurance?
No. GOAL.MD is a cash-pay practice. We accept credit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and financing through Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna.
What is included in the price?
One monthly price covers the physician care, the compounded medication from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, injection supplies and free expedited shipping. There is no separate membership fee on compounded programs.
What happens when my dose changes?
Your physician decides each step of your titration. The program price does not change with your dose.
How should I store my medication?
Follow the storage instructions supplied by the compounding pharmacy with your specific preparation. Storage requirements differ between preparations, so use the document in your shipment rather than a general rule.
What if I stop?
Speak to your physician before stopping. Because compounded programs are never auto-renewed, stopping simply means not confirming your next order.
My shipment is late or arrived warm — who do I contact?
Contact GOAL.MD support at customer@jellyfish.md with your order details and we will escalate with the pharmacy on your behalf. We do not guarantee a delivery date and we will not tell you a medication is still usable — if the condition of a shipment is in doubt, do not use it until your physician or the pharmacy has reviewed it. If delivery instructions you have received conflict, treat the prescribing information supplied with the medication as authoritative and ask us to confirm in writing.
