Precision dosing for a gentler start
The Micro-Dose Semaglutide Program is a physician-prescribed low-dose GLP-1 protocol designed for patients who want the appetite-suppressing benefits of semaglutide with improved tolerability. Using intentional, precision dosing starting at 0.15 mg and capping at 0.5 mg weekly, this program provides a gentler path to appetite control under U.S. licensed physician supervision and is prepared by licensed U.S. 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies.
Micro-Dose Semaglutide is a physician-prescribed, low-dose GLP-1 program using compounded semaglutide prepared by licensed U.S. 503A or 503B pharmacies. Your physician may prescribe this program when they determine that precision low-dose therapy best meets your clinical needs — particularly for patients who benefit from gentler titration or improved tolerability.
This program is designed for GLP-1-naive patients concerned about side effects, patients sensitive to GI symptoms, those seeking appetite control or maintenance after losing weight on a higher dose, and anyone not requiring aggressive dose escalation. It's a gentler on-ramp to GLP-1 therapy.
Standard semaglutide therapy escalates to higher doses (1 mg, 1.7 mg, 2.4 mg). Micro-Dose has a hard ceiling at 0.5 mg weekly, focusing on appetite control with better tolerability rather than maximum-effect dosing. If you need higher doses, you can graduate to our standard Compounded Semaglutide program with the same physician.
Many patients report meaningful appetite suppression, reduced cravings, and steady changes in body composition at micro-doses, especially when paired with adequate protein and movement. Results are typically more gradual than higher-dose protocols. Individual response varies — your physician monitors progress and adjusts as needed.
Weeks 1–2: 0.15 mg weekly. Weeks 3–4: 0.25 mg weekly. Weeks 5–6: 0.35 mg weekly. Week 7+: 0.5 mg weekly (maximum micro-dose). You may remain at any dose within this range if it's effective for you.
At micro-doses, side effects are typically mild and short-lived — most often light nausea, occasional constipation, or mild fatigue during step-ups. Less common but more serious risks (pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, thyroid C-cell concerns) carry the same boxed warnings as standard semaglutide. Discuss your full medical history with your physician.
The titration takes 7+ weeks to reach the 0.5 mg ceiling, so a multi-month commitment ensures you complete the full optimization window. Bundle pricing also locks in the per-month rate — and there's no auto-billing.
If clinical response calls for dosing above 0.5 mg, you graduate to our standard Compounded Semaglutide program. This isn't an upsell — it's a clinical progression based on your individual response and goals.

Speak to your physician before stopping. Because compounded programs are never auto-renewed, stopping simply means not confirming your next order.
Contact GOAL.MD support at customer@jellyfish.md with your order details and we will escalate with the pharmacy on your behalf. We do not guarantee a delivery date and we will not tell you a medication is still usable — if the condition of a shipment is in doubt, do not use it until your physician or the pharmacy has reviewed it. If delivery instructions you have received conflict, treat the prescribing information supplied with the medication as authoritative and ask us to confirm in writing.
