Our policy is built to accommodate any adjustments you might need, ensuring a smooth transition at any stage of your treatment including our maintenance program or completion.
To cancel your treatment, we require a 14-day notice from your next billing day to ensure we can accurately update your plan. To initiate the cancellation process, simply fill out the form below. Our team will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and inform you if there’s one final cycle before your cancellation takes effect. This approach guarantees that you’re always informed and in control of your treatment plan.
