Having been a dancer for the New Orleans Saints Saintsations I was very active, fit and confident dancing in my two piece costume. Then when I started to have babies (2 boys) no longer dancing or moving around as much and the weight started packing on. Having tried every fad diet I could including the cabbage soup diet nothing worked and I struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I tried starving myself and of course we know how that works. After starving yourself you binge eat and it all gets worse. I’ve tried the traditional way of counting calories, eating, and exercising but was still unable to lose the weight.
